BizAway is one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, looking for driven and enthusiastic Sales Executives (m/w/d) who desire to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Your role in BizAway will be a full cycle position where you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
Your Responsibilities- Research and prospect for new clients in the French market.
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract.
- Forecast sales revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.
- Be an evangelist of our solution, attending fairs and public events.
- You have a native level of French and a good level of English (both written and spoken).
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
- You possess a 'no excuses' attitude, knowing that your success depends on you and no one else.
- You have a hunger for challenges and eagerness to raise the bar every day.
- You are proactive, proposing value-creating solutions and not afraid of mistakes.
- You are flexible, comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
