Highly Technical Customer Advocate Role for Dynatrace Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our customer advocacy group, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our largest enterprise customers and providing exceptional technical support and guidance.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex technology infrastructure, architecture, and business requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide strategic advice and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to our largest enterprise customers, helping them to optimize their use of Dynatrace solutions and address complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer executive leadership, working closely with them to understand their goals and objectives and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced TAMs to help them develop their technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Proven expertise in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Impeccable time management skills and the ability to self-direct.
  • Professional-level certification in Dynatrace technologies and methodologies.
  • Industry-relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, k8s, etc.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Location

This role can be based remotely, but occasional travel may be required to visit customers and attend industry events.
