This role is responsible for serving our customers as a trusted advisor, providing expert-level technical guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and growth of Dynatrace solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Triage and resolve complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and integrations;
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and adoption;
- Provide coaching and mentorship to other TAMs to help them grow in their technical knowledge;
- Engage with customer support teams to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues;
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services;
**Requirements**
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience;
- 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership;
- Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
- Impeccable time management skills and self-direction;
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
