**About the Role**

This role is responsible for serving our customers as a trusted advisor, providing expert-level technical guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and growth of Dynatrace solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Triage and resolve complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and integrations;
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and adoption;
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to other TAMs to help them grow in their technical knowledge;
  • Engage with customer support teams to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues;
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services;

**Requirements**

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience;
  • 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership;
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior;
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Impeccable time management skills and self-direction;

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
