Senior E-commerce Account Manager Spain

About the Role:
As a Senior E-commerce Account Manager Spain at Trusted Shops, you will be responsible for the strategic and commercial development of our customer portfolio in the Spanish market. You will be recognized as a skilled negotiator by our customers and will be responsible for managing cancellations, from identifying the reason to convincing the client to stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate: You will be responsible for the strategic and commercial development of your customer portfolio in the Spanish market.
- Cancellation & Retention Management: You will be responsible for managing cancellations, from identifying the reason to convincing the client to stay with us.
- Proactive Account Management: You will be independently responsible for a defined customer portfolio and support them, e.g. during onboarding, suggesting measures for performance optimization or actively offering new products.
- Identifying Potentials: You will know what goals an online store pursues and what challenges it has to face every day.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in sales (hunting profile), portfolio retention, and proactive account management.
- Structured working method and a hands-on mindset.
- Basic technical knowledge and affinity to e-commerce/internet.
- Spanish at native-speaker level (C2) and proficiency in English (C1).
- Good command of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
