About the Role:
Dynatrace is seeking a skilled Customer Success Engineer to build and maintain strong relationships with our largest, most complex, and valuable customers. As a trusted strategic advisor, you will ensure the successful deployment and adoption of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Constantly exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support.
- Triage, diagnose, and resolve complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and integrations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve technical objectives and long-term goals.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on product adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for Dynatrace usage and growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of technical solutions and product adoption.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
