Environment Health ChecksPerform thorough health checks of customer environments to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaboration and TeamworkCollaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Services, Technical Support, Renewals, and Product Management, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Mentorship and Knowledge SharingMentor other Technical Product Specialists and contribute to projects focused on process improvements.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Technical SkillsKnowledge of networking protocols, database design, SQL, and data access practices.
Soft SkillsExceptional corporate presentation and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and other European languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Web Technology Knowledge
Knowledge of web technologies, including web and application server technologies, server-side technologies, client-side technologies, and cloud technologies.
Service-Oriented PersonalityService-oriented personality with a passion for working with customers and a hands-on, proactive approach.
