Palo Alto Networks is a leading cybersecurity company that empowers organizations to protect their digital way of life. As a Senior Account Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our customers and ensuring they maximize the value of our products.

About the Role

This is a highly visible and challenging position that requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a ability to develop and execute customized solutions. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements with some of our most strategic customers in the EMEA region.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with CISOs, CTOs, and other technical teams to deliver value and maximize the security and value of our customers' investments in Palo Alto Networks products. You will operate as the primary point of contact for multiple product lines, supporting the customer journey and building strong relationships with clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key account ownership and relationship management for Palo Alto Networks' largest customers
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for multiple product lines, supporting the customer journey
  • Build and manage customized product delivery to the customer's tech environment
  • Partner with Sales teams to develop success plans, assess customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure renewals
  • Engage and coordinate customer delivery across Palo Alto Networks team members, including engineering and professional services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements
  • Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security, or Security Operations
  • Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with C-suite through client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
  • Expertise in customer guidance throughout their Journey, focusing on Value Realization, managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions
  • Able to thrive in a matrixed, team environment, anchored by our values of Collaboration, Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, and Integrity
