En Pro.Agency, agencia creativa digital del grupo Vocento, estamos buscando un profesional para ocupar el puesto de E-Commerce Key Account Manager en nuestro proyecto Pedidos Ahora, un proyecto de comercio electrónico B2B del sector alimentación.
Nuestro objetivo es conectar a los distribuidores con el cliente final a través de una web/app, para agilizar y optimizar procesos en un sector aún tradicional con una creciente necesidad de digitalización, ofreciendo el mejor servicio posible a nuestros clientes.
Como parte de Pedidos Ahora, la misión principal del E-Commerce Key Account Manager será la gestión del Marketplace y el desarrollo de la estrategia digital del proyecto, con especial foco en la comunicación, satisfacción y adaptación de las necesidades de cada cliente.
Responsabilidades
- Actualización del catálogo de productos; descripciones, imágenes, banners y promociones según las diferentes campañas comerciales.
- Contacto diario con clientes, partner tecnológico, comerciales y principales players para alcanzar objetivos comunes y definir estrategias. Creación de relaciones fuertes y sostenibles en el tiempo.
- Captación de leads y transacciones mediante acciones de marketing directo y flujos automáticos: newsletters, SMS, push notifications y whatsapp.
- Creación de contenidos: copy creativo y diseño de assets digitales.
- Benchmarking constante del sector alimentación online y offline.
- Seguimiento de las principales métricas y KPIs mediante Google Analytics en busca de insights para optimizar los resultados.
- Elaboración de informes mensuales y creación de propuestas de valor.
- Visita a los clientes 1 o 2 veces al año.
Requisitos del Candidato

- Que sea una persona orientada al cliente con habilidades comunicativas.
- Alta capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.

- Conocimientos de software: Microsoft Office / Photoshop.
