At Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs), we are seeking a highly skilled Channel Account Manager with native or fluent Dutch language skills to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company, collaborating with global teams to find the best candidates and create a strong workforce for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and uncover potential sales opportunities
  • Lead customers through all steps of their journey, developing a sound technical understanding of cloud services and their cost and monitoring potential
  • Gain the trust of customers by providing high-quality technical expertise and handling their objections
  • Discover sales opportunities, including future upcoming projects and follow-up to test phases
  • Provide critical product and program feedback to operations, business groups, product groups, and engineering teams
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Dutch, verbal and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience working with or selling cloud software
  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certification or relevant diploma preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM/ERP systems and IT sales processes
  • Proven ability to successfully approach and onboard new customers quickly with efficient negotiation skills
