About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-Speaking Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools
  • Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals
  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow partner revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with BU marketing and Inside Sales Representatives to drive lead generation and close deals
  • Evaluate reseller interest in BU solutions and define resellers' target of BU
  • Grow BU with partner through joint planning and educate partner sales force on BU products and solutions
  • Drive Value Proposition and Key Selling Points of our solutions and articulate benefits against competitors
  • Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products
  • Ensure partners are meeting BU Partner Program Requirements and taking advantage of promotions, events, and programs
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Dutch at a native level
  • Minimum of two years of related technical sales experience
  • Experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors being a plus
  • Familiarity with channel programs and sales CRMs
  • Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills
