Dutch-speaking Account Manager in Malaga

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with Dutch-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools
- Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals
- Responsible for a portfolio of partners and developing their business growth, sell-out, and margin based on the strategy
- Understand partner market and competition through tools and reports, as well as reviews with resellers
- Evaluate reseller interest in BU solutions and define resellers' target of BU Share of wallet, growth rate, program qualification/certification, identify gaps, and define actions to close gaps
- Educate partner sales force on BU products and solutions, drive Value Proposition & Key Selling Points of our solutions, and articulate benefits against competitors
- Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products, ensuring partners meet BU Partner Program Requirements (Technical/Sales certification, revenue threshold)
- Ensure partners take advantage of promotions, events, and programs
- Communicate events, webinars, and webcast information and ease registration
- Work together with partners to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure) and other methods
- Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partners and support partners to close big deals when necessary
- Drive Attach rates with resellers
- Fluency in English and Dutch at a native level
- Preferred minimum of two years of related technical sales experience
- Experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors being a plus
- Familiarity with channel programs
- Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal and written), including excellent telephone and presentation abilities
- Ability to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and effective time/work prioritization
- Demonstrates innovation and sound judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
- Capable of establishing an individual course of action to accomplish goals while utilizing appropriate resources
- Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office suite
