Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a Dutch-speaking sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools
  • Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow partner business, sell out, and margin
  • Understand partner market and competition, evaluate reseller interest in BU solutions, and identify gaps
  • Grow BU with partner through joint planning, educate partner sales force on BU products and solutions, and drive value proposition
  • Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products
  • Ensure partners are meeting BU Partner Program Requirements and taking advantage of promotions, events, and programs
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Dutch at a native level
  • Minimum of two years of related technical sales experience
  • Experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors
  • Familiarity with channel programs, sales CRMs, and Microsoft Office suite
