About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch speaking Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools
  • Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and margin for our partners
  • Understand partner market and competition, and evaluate reseller interest in our solutions
  • Grow BU with partner through joint planning, educate partner sales force on BU products and solutions, and drive value proposition and key selling points
  • Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products
  • Ensure partners are meeting BU Partner Program Requirements and taking advantage of promotions, events, and programs
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Dutch on a native level
  • Preferred minimum of two years of related technical sales experience
  • Experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors being a plus
  • Familiarity with channel programs, excellent negotiation management, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and effective time/work prioritization
  • Demonstrates innovation and sound judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
