Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on portfolio expansion and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full management of a portfolio of German SME clients, with a focus on growth and retention strategies.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed growth targets.
  • Seek out new business opportunities through self-generated leads, client referrals, and sister companies.
  • Ensure premium value delivery aligned with client goals, fostering strong client relationships and customer advocacy.
  • Monitor client opportunities, risks, and threats to maintain and grow long-term relationships.
Requirements:
  • Native-level German and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience working in or for the German market.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Creative thinker with a challenger mindset, capable of identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to confidently engage with senior executives and influence decision-makers.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand client needs, driving results and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to sales.
  • Ability to inspire innovation and drive change within the organization.
