Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-Speaking Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our Dutch-speaking partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow partner business, increase sales, and improve margin.
  • Understand partner market and competition, and provide insights to drive business decisions.
  • Evaluate reseller interest in our solutions and define target markets.
  • Grow business with partners through joint planning and education on our products and solutions.
  • Drive value proposition and key selling points, and articulate benefits against competitors.
  • Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in our products.
  • Ensure partners meet our partner program requirements and take advantage of promotions and events.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Dutch at a native level.
  • Minimum of two years of related technical sales experience.
  • Experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors.
  • Familiarity with channel programs.
  • Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills.
