Job Title: Channel Account Manager With Dutch Language Expertise

In collaboration with Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs), we are seeking a highly skilled Channel Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a native or fluent Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills to work with clients in the Benalmádena office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Develop a sound technical understanding of cloud services and their cost and monitoring potential
  • Gain customer trust by providing high-quality technical expertise
  • Discover sales opportunities, including future projects and follow-up to test phases
  • Provide critical product and program feedback to operations, business groups, and engineering teams
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Dutch, verbal and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience working with or selling cloud software
  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certification or relevant diploma preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM/ERP systems and IT sales processes
