Dutch Channel Account Manager

Location: Malaga, Spain

Employment Type: Full-time

Remuneration: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify Opportunities: Quickly assess customer needs and uncover hidden sales opportunities by understanding their unique challenges and upcoming projects
  2. Lead with Confidence: Guide customers smoothly through their entire journey, from initial contact to closing the sale
  3. Technical Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the clients cloud services, ensuring you're equipped to handle technical queries, clarify concerns, and provide top-tier support
  4. Trusted Advisor: Build customer trust by offering high-quality advice and technical expertise, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer
  5. Sales Strategy: Leverage your sales expertise to understand the full cloud sales lifecycle, accurately assess where customers are in their journey, and provide tailored solutions
  6. Future-focused: Discover future opportunities, including test phases and upcoming projects, and capitalize on them for long-term success
  7. Collaborative Insight: Share valuable product and program feedback with various internal teams (operations, business groups, engineering) to continuously improve services
  8. Passion for IT: Stay up-to-date with cloud products and trends, and use your passion to support clients effectively
Requirements:
  1. Language Skills: Native or fluent in Dutch (spoken and written), with a good command of English (B2 level or above)
  2. Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud software sales, ideally with Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  3. Sales Experience: Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and IT sales processes is essential, with prior experience using Challenger being a strong advantage
  4. Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly onboard new customers and successfully negotiate
  5. Trusted Advisor: Proven track record as a Trusted Advisor, offering strategic advice on IT spending and high-level solutions
  6. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, able to work independently and efficiently under supervision
  7. Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to confidently share program insights with senior management and stakeholders
