About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Verify operations to confirm alignment with quality guidelines for new reviews and recertifications
  • Provide reactive support for live advertisers via phone and/or email
  • Examine reviews to confirm compliance with guidelines and publish or deny
  • Work closely with partners to improve performance and quality results
  • Collaborate with providers to improve leads results and retention operations
  • Support ad-hoc operations work as needed
  • Work in a fast-changing, fast-paced workplace

Requirements:



  • English C2 level
  • Experience in a fast-paced, scaled operations environment
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Structured communicator, both written and spoken
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and complete day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
