Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Icelandic Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional support to international travellers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service via email and phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our clients.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information, following set processes and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with accommodation suppliers worldwide, mediating between customers and suppliers when necessary.
- C2 level proficiency in Icelandic and advanced English skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
- A problem-solving mentality and a positive attitude to tackle challenging customer issues.
- Availability to work from the office or remotely within a 100km radius.
A competitive salary of approximately $23,000 per annum, based on a 38.5-hour working week with fixed hours (Monday to Sunday) and two days off per week. The contract will start as temporary but evolve into permanent after a satisfactory probation period.
