Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Development Manager to join our successful sales team based in Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, or Bilbao. As an Industrial Vertical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to meet top national accounts in the country.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and long-lasting partnerships are built.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver attractive pricing and services to clients.
* Identify new opportunities to increase business footprint and solutions with assigned customers.
* Regularly review customer performance, updating strategies and adjusting value propositions as needed.
* Ensure seamless handovers of new business to operations, guaranteeing customer requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on logistics.
* 3+ years of experience in sales and key account management.
* Strong leadership skills to drive initiatives across geographies and establish a sense of direction for the team.
* In-depth knowledge of the industrial sector or similar fast-paced industries.
* Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
Benefits:
