Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer requests via phone and email
- Resolve technical issues and provide timely responses and resolutions to customers
- Stay updated on applications specific to user needs
- Ensure service requests are resolved and properly documented in the case management system
- Monitor and follow up on all open requests in the queue
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in technical support
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced IT knowledge, particularly in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audio/visual products
- Proficiency in both Windows and Mac environments
