Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with German language proficiency to join our team. This role involves handling incoming customer requests via phone and email, resolving issues, and providing excellent support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer requests via phone and email
- Resolve issues and provide timely responses and resolutions to customers
- Address product-specific issues, particularly related to audio equipment and applications
- Stay updated on applications specific to user needs
- Ensure service requests are resolved and properly documented in the case management system
- Keep customers informed on the status and progress of their queries

- onitor and follow up on all open requests in the queue
- Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level when necessary
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in technical support
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced IT knowledge, particularly in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audio / visual products
- Proficiency in both Windows and Mac environments
- Strong understanding of customer care and the ability to manage and implement process changes
