We are seeking skilled, tech-savvy, and communicative individuals for the role of Support Superhero with Greek and English language skills (work from Sofia/Bulgaria).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer service issues;
  • Follow procedures to escalate inquiries when needed;
  • Inform customers about products and services;
  • Use multiple systems to update records accurately;
  • Support and collaborate with the team.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Greek (C1) and good English (B2);
  • Contact center or customer service experience is a plus;
  • Quick to adapt to new products, processes, and technology;
  • Reliable with good attendance and time management;
  • Computer literate.
