About the Role
At Salve Consulting, we're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative with German to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong background in technical support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with German, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving technical issues related to audio equipment and applications, and ensuring timely responses and resolutions to customers. You'll also be responsible for staying up-to-date on applications specific to user needs and escalating potential service issues to the appropriate level when necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be fluent in German, both verbal and written, with a minimum B2 level in English. You'll also require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in technical support, and strong customer service skills. Additionally, you'll need to have advanced IT knowledge, particularly in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audio/visual products, as well as proficiency in both Windows and Mac environments.
