Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Account Management:
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Problem Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.

Customer Onboarding:
Assist new clients with onboarding processes, ensuring they understand how to use our products and services effectively.

Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.

Feedback Management:
Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Requirements:

Language Skills:
Native Danish speaker with a strong command of English (B2-C1).

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Customer Service:
Passion for helping customers and providing a high level of service.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Team Player:
Ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
