Job Title: French Speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our team in central London. As a key member of our multilingual team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale clients, responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service to our wholesale clients, responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively deal with any returns and exchange issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in dealing with a high volume of outbound orders from wholesale clients in a fast-paced environment. You will be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs, particularly Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot tables, is desirable.
