Polish Business Development Representative

Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center business process outsourcing services. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team.
About the Role
As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving sales through various outbound campaigns. You will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
- Educate customers on our services and solutions.
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess needs.
- Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Native level of Polish.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
