We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at beBee Professionals España. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating qualified leads and supporting our sales team in growing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct market research to find new business opportunities and evaluate the potential of leads.
- Qualify leads to determine their interest and potential for purchase.
- Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for our sales team.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions and results in our CRM system.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
