Regional Sales Development Manager EMEA

As a Regional Sales Development Manager EMEA at Festo, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Connect and implement global strategies for specific business areas to ensure sustained assurance and increased sales and market share.
- Collaborate with local sales teams and regional management to develop accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and territory plans.
- Monitor sales pipelines, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
- University Degree in engineering or business studies (preferably in Mechatronics or Information Technology).
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in establishment and maintenance of customer relationships on an international level.
- Sales-related work experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with a broad range of customers.
- Fluent in English language (both written and verbal). Local language excellence is highly desired but not required.
A competitive salary around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits.
