This role is ideal for a proactive and self-motivated professional fluent in German, eager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer support on our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide thorough product guidance to potential and existing customers, assisting them in selecting the most suitable weighing solutions for their needs
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, maintaining effective communication with clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Proactively enter orders and manage customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt and reliable customer support
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Requirements:- Proficiency in German and either Spanish or English for internal communication
- Strong ability to learn and understand technical products; experience in selling technical products (hardware, software, industrial equipment, etc.) is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A self-starter with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently
- A dynamic, supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development
