Salary
The estimated salary for this role is €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
This is a multifaceted leadership role that entails managing a robust sales force consisting of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders. The core mission is to develop and execute a robust sales strategy that scales our presence within the clinics healthcare market, managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevating the team's performance through effective coaching and process optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales leadership in high-growth SaaS or marketplace environments with SMB market focus.
- Proven experience to successfully scale a sales team in numbers and performance.
- Competence in using OKRs to drive focus on results for both individual and team objectives.
- Established background in engaging directly in hiring processes as a key decision-maker and effectively managing onboarding and terminations.
- Strong analytical thinking; ability to base decisions on numbers and build rationales.
- A doer who is hands-on and in the details, willing to jump into demos or CRM when needed.
- Processes & CRM obsession; ensuring what is not on the CRM does not exist, wrong processes do not scale.
- Inspirational leadership qualities with the capacity to drive behavior and instill a passionate approach to sales goals within the team.
- Hiring & onboarding expertise; proven track record of recruiting successful reps and building structured plans to help them thrive.
- Coaching skills; ability to develop and train teams in a structured way, mastering sales methodologies and scaling them to the team.
- Activity creation; setting goals and routines to make pipeline creation happen.
