Are you looking for a challenging role where you can develop our customer portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and promote cutting-edge technology and a world-class brand? At Webfleet Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects through effective prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
  • Build new customer relationships throughout the region by prospecting new small and medium companies.
  • Initiate contact with small and medium accounts across various channels, creating awareness and conducting extensive discovery of needs.
  • Handle each lead following the guidelines provided, with respect to preparation, introduction, question-asking, and qualification techniques.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with marketing on outreach campaigns and events.
  • Develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies with channel managers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced user-level software skills, with Salesforce knowledge being a plus.
  • No-experience, but not being afraid to contact customers proactively through calls and emails.
  • Able to handle objections and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, persistent, and driven to start and build meaningful business relationships.
  • Prospecting skills and the ability to effectively handle objections.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Spanish speaker, as well as fluent in English.
