Development Sales Representative

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can develop our customer portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and promote state-of-the-art technology and a world-class brand? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Development Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong customer portfolio by identifying sales opportunities and promoting our technology and brand.
- Build new customer relationships throughout the region by prospecting new small and medium companies.
- Initiate contact with small and medium accounts across various channels, creating awareness and conducting extensive discovery of needs.
- Effectively handle in- and outbound calls to build a healthy pipeline and deliver consistent results.
- Prospect using smart researching, outbound emails, and calling to build a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Qualify leads to obtain relevant information and log all mandatory and optional data in our internal software systems.
- Work closely with marketing on outreach campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with channel managers to develop and implement prospecting strategies that play to channel partners' business strengths.
- Attend 1:1 and team meetings.
- Advanced user-level software skills, with Salesforce knowledge a plus.
- No experience, but not afraid to contact customers proactively through calls and emails.
- Able to handle objections and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
- Results-oriented, persistent, and driven to start and build meaningful business relationships.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Hybrid work environment with up to 3 days a week working from home and 2 days in our Barcelona office.
- €2,000 gross to set up your home office and monthly home office allowance.
