Development Sales Representative UK Market

We're looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Development Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing our customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting state-of-the-art technology and a world-class brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build new customer relationships throughout the region by prospecting new small and medium companies.
  • Initiate contact with small and medium accounts across several channels, creating awareness and conducting extensive discovery of needs.
  • Effective in- and outbound call handling to build a healthy pipeline and deliver consistent results.
  • Prospecting using smart researching, outbound emails, and calling to build a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Lead qualification to obtain relevant information and log of all mandatory and optional data in our internal software systems.
  • Handle each lead following the guidelines provided with respect to preparation, introduction, question-asking, and qualification techniques.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with marketing on outreach campaigns and events.
  • Work together with channel managers to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
  • Understand the different key elements to collect for a proper in-depth qualification of an opportunity.

Requirements:

  • User-level software skills.
  • No experience, but not being afraid to contact proactively customers through calls and emails.
  • Able to handle objections and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, persistent, and driven to start and build meaningful business relationships.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Prospecting skills and ability to effectively handle objections.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.
