Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our Digital Sales team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a diverse customer portfolio, identifying, managing and closing sales opportunities, and promoting state-of-the-art technology and a world-class brand.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a sales expert with a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for effective inbound and outbound lead management, discovering how businesses work, consulting with prospects and customers to identify business challenges they can solve with Webfleet, organizing and handling online product demonstrations, preparing and sending tailored proposals, quotes and contracts to prospects, negotiating and closing contracts with new and existing customers within your portfolio, and working with Salesforce, Pandadoc and other sales enablement technology.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technological solutions in a clear and compelling manner on phone and video calls and in emails and sales proposals. You will also need to have a customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Adept at building and maintaining lasting client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Highly driven and autonomous, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. Native level of English.
