Your Mission

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  5. Provide market insights and industry expertise to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in logistics, customs brokerage, or drayage.
  2. Strong knowledge of logistics processes, systems, and solutions, as well as customs brokerage.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
