About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Sales Executive to lead our commercial pipeline in the Spanish market. As a key player in Uber Eats's growth, you will be responsible for articulating our services to restaurant owners, negotiating partnerships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate Uber Eats services to restaurant owners, including our values, products, and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Execute complex commercial negotiations to secure partnerships with high-potential restaurants.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Trade Marketing.
  • Knowledge of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods and/or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Negotiation skills, including excellent communication, persuasion, and social skills.
  • Commercial proficiency, including understanding customer needs and spotting business opportunities.
  • Analytical mentality, with the ability to work with numbers and make data-driven decisions.
