We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our AWS Public Sector team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record of building successful partner ecosystems.


About the Role

As a Partner Manager within our team, you will be responsible for driving executive and field relationships with leading partners, managing day-to-day interactions with these accounts, and helping to drive overall end customer adoption in the Public Sector segments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and grow partner ecosystems
  • Drive executive and field relationships with leading partners
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with partner accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable results supporting hundreds of customers/partners

Requirements:
  • Management experience in the Spanish Information Technology industry
  • Track record of success building partner ecosystems
  • Verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to influence C-level decision makers
  • Program management skills
  • Technical acumen
  • Fluent Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent degree
  • Good understanding of the Spanish public sector and partner landscape

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €80,000-€100,000, depending on experience.
