About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative II to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities for follow-up by our direct sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Develop a high-quality lead funnel through presales activities, including heavy outbound calling, email, and other methods of targeting and qualifying prospects.
  2. Product Expertise: Acquire and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Infoblox technology to be a reliable customer resource.
  3. Opportunity Creation: Create opportunities within Salesforce and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  4. Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team, specifically the territory managers and sales executives, to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans.
  5. Territory Management: Support multiple states within an assigned territory and follow up on meetings attended with the territory manager and sales executive.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Zero to two years of successful experience in an outbound sales environment positioning a service or technology solution, software experience preferred.
  2. Language Skills: Fluently speaking English and German.
  3. Personal Qualities: High energy and motivation, strong attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow your career in sales.
  4. Education: BA or BS preferred.
What Success Looks Like

After six months, you will have developed the skills to:

  • Identify if we are a good fit for a prospect's needs.
  • Articulate the Infoblox benefits based on solution.
  • Hit or overachieve your monthly targets.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on requested features/applications.

After about a year, you will have achieved:

  • Fully qualifying an opportunity.
  • Understanding the trends by employee size/vertical/solution.
  • Presenting your annual business to the region you support.
  • Meeting or exceeding your annual targets.
