The Role

As the Senior Sales Director for LATAM, you will be responsible for leading all targeted account and new business development sales activities within the LATAM region. You will manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets for digital and instructor-led solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver and achieve monthly and annual LATAM sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team with a focus on coaching and performance management.
  • Develop the team by identifying individual development needs and working with them to address product, industry, sales, and account management skills.
  • Maintain personal sales responsibility for key accounts and territory.
  • Ensure effective sales pipeline management, providing accurate sales forecasts and performance data to the Senior Management Team.
  • Highlight risks or variances and propose plans to correct underperformance while building on strengths and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Be actively involved in sales planning, prospecting, sales calls, face-to-face meetings, customer service, and other sales-related activities.
