Your RoleYou will be responsible for driving sales performance across Southern Europe, primarily Spain and Italy, through creative marketing strategies and campaigns. Your aim is to grow market share and re-establish Bugaboo as the most desired, talked about, and recommended premium parenting brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand current and future consumers in your region, focusing on consumer journey insights, and ensure this knowledge feeds into marketing plans.
- Develop marketing communications to change or maintain perception of the brand, using data from brand trackers and other sources.
- Work with your direct report to define the overall marketing strategy for your region, considering cluster objectives, HQ guidelines, and local market requirements.
- Devising, managing, delivering, and measuring successful marketing plans across all brand channels, including retail, high-reach media, social, PR, and influencers.
- Own the regional marketing calendar to clearly reflect agreed plans.
- Work closely with sales directors and account managers to develop and deliver 360-degree marketing plans in conjunction with retail partners, ensuring delivery of ROI and driving sales performance.
- Align with the Go-to-Market team to ensure VM, POS, organic social, and local market asset creation aligns with brand representation across all channels.
- Work with the Performance Marketing Manager and team to align communication priorities across performance marketing channels, CRM, and affiliates, supporting copy and content as required.
- Manage local marketing agencies, lead, motivate, and develop your direct report and partner agencies.
We are looking for a highly experienced and entrepreneurial marketer with a minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing. A marketing degree is preferred. You should be a generalist marketer with experience across all channels, comfortable working at both strategic and tactical/implementation levels. Experience in retail marketing, executing marketing campaigns across different channels, influencer, brand, and PR experience are essential. Test & learn initiatives you've personally driven and evidence of smart strategies that have worked beyond the norm are must-haves.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to wellness hub OpenUp, day off on your birthday, day off for volunteering activities, 25 holiday days per calendar year, and an additional day for every year of service (up to 5 years).
