Southern Europe Brand Director Lead

$110,000 - $140,000 per year based on location and experience.

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand strategy for growth in Southern Europe, including local implementation, creative development, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with market General Manager to identify strategic opportunities and secure funding.
  • Maintain momentum and alignment within the assigned team (creatives, Project Lead, etc).
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sustainability, Food Service/OOH, Barista Market Developers, Sales, etc).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of well-documented experience working in branding and advertising.
  • Familiarity with the food industry and ability to drive business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Able to lead and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and create innovative solutions.
