Overview
Bugaboo International B.V. is a pioneering Dutch parental company that has revolutionized the stroller industry with its premium products. We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive sales performance across Southern Europe, predominantly Spain and Italy.
Your Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow market share and re-establish Bugaboo as the most desired premium parenting brand in the region. This includes understanding consumer behavior, analyzing market trends, and creating effective marketing communications to change or maintain brand perception.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand current and future consumers in your region, focusing on consumer journey insights and ensuring this knowledge feeds into marketing plans.
- Work with your direct report to define the overall marketing strategy for your region, taking into consideration cluster objectives, HQ guidelines, and local market requirements.
- Develop and deliver successful marketing plans across all brand channels, including retail, high reach media, social, PR, and influencers, ensuring plans reflect the hierarchy of product portfolio performance in your region.
- Closely work with sales director and account managers to develop and deliver 360 marketing plans in conjunction with retail partners, ensuring delivery of ROI and driving sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to align on visual merchandising, point-of-sale, organic social, and local market asset creation to ensure the brand is best represented within all channels.
- Partner with Performance Marketing Manager and team to align communication priorities across performance marketing channels, CRM, and Affiliates, supporting copy and content creation as required.
- Maintain financial budget control, including monthly financial reporting reviews, PO generation and approval, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as ensuring day-to-day trackers are up-to-date.
- Manage local marketing agencies, such as influencer and PR firms.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your direct report and partner agencies.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for a generalist marketer with experience across all channels and comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels. You should be a creative thinker able to maximize reach and performance from available budgets. Experience in retail marketing and executing marketing campaigns across different channels is essential. Influencer, brand, and PR experience is also important in this role, as well as experience with test & learn initiatives.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
