About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to drive sales strategies for our Spanish and Portuguese markets. The ideal candidate will have a background in the airline industry and experience in managing teams, communication, and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to maximize business opportunities.
- Maintain regular contact with customers through visits, email, or telephone/Teams communications.
- Represent the company at local trade fairs and events.
Requirements:
- Airline or Travel Industry Sales experience is essential.
- Experience in team management, high communication, and social skills.
- Cheerful and positive attitude, while being respectful and professional.
- Expert user in Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills).
- Experience in distribution technologies (GDS, NDC, etc.).
- Analyze local market and trends.
- Identify and negotiate with potential partners.
- Work internally with other office teams as well as the headquarters to maximize business opportunities.
- Search for new business opportunities and share knowledge across the organization.
- Regular reporting to the Regional Director.
