About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to drive sales strategies for our Spanish and Portuguese markets. The ideal candidate will have a background in the airline industry and experience in managing teams, communication, and social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to maximize business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers through visits, email, or telephone/Teams communications.
  • Represent the company at local trade fairs and events.

Requirements:
  • Airline or Travel Industry Sales experience is essential.
  • Experience in team management, high communication, and social skills.
  • Cheerful and positive attitude, while being respectful and professional.
  • Expert user in Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills).
  • Experience in distribution technologies (GDS, NDC, etc.).
  • Analyze local market and trends.
  • Identify and negotiate with potential partners.
  • Work internally with other office teams as well as the headquarters to maximize business opportunities.
  • Search for new business opportunities and share knowledge across the organization.
  • Regular reporting to the Regional Director.
