We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Director to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As an Inside Sales Director, you will play a key role in generating sales with our clients in Spain and managing the day-to-day running of the sales team.

About the Job

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and market trends, analyzing competitor movements and potential clients, and advising our clients on a technical and commercial level while building and maintaining long-term relationships with them.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and team management, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Technical knowledge of lighting and rigging equipment is essential, as well as some basic understanding of sound and video equipment.

Apart from sales responsibilities, you will also be expected to generate sales yourself and track budgets and contracts. High proficiency in Spanish is required, with intermediate proficiency in English being a plus. Knowledge of other languages is also desirable.
