  • Translate Aspen brand strategies into sales plans tailored to the Spanish market.">
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team, ensuring they possess the skills and expertise required to drive sales growth.">
  • Analyze sales performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement to inform strategic decisions.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and commercial tactics, developing territory plans that align with business objectives.">
  • Manage approved budgets, allocating resources effectively to meet sales targets while maintaining financial control.">
  • Evaluate and act on sales field force metrics, focusing on maximizing sales force effectiveness from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.">
  • Develop and implement a culture of ownership and accountability within the sales team.">

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, sales, or marketing).">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.">

">What We Offer">

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as bonuses, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
