Salary

€29,800 per year, plus up to €4,470 in performance bonuses, making a total annual remuneration of approximately €34,270. This figure is based on a 39-hour workweek, from Monday to Friday.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Advertising Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, preferably within the digital advertising industry. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and acquire new advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to maximize account value and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
