We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Advertising Sales Strategist to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong sales background, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, maximizing client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our advertising business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints. Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
  • Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • C1 level of English. Native level of Spanish.
Benefits:
  • Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
  • Salary: €18,870 gross/year plus up to €3,000 bonus depending on performance.
