Drive revenue growth and client satisfaction as a Digital Advertising Sales Specialist with Teleperformance. As a key player in our advertising business, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing clients across various platforms.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring a strong sales background, deep understanding of digital advertising, and excellent communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, maximizing client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our advertising business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and lead generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Sales pitch and presentation: Conduct needs assessments, create tailored sales pitches, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our advertising solutions.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop customized advertising campaigns, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Revenue growth and account expansion: Meet sales targets, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and maximize existing account value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results.
  • Experience using CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • C1 level of English.
What We Offer
  • Full-time position with 39 hours/week.
  • Salary: €22,950 gross/year plus up to €4,050 gross/year in performance bonus.
  • Work from the office (Monday to Friday).
