Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Advertising Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints. Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities. Collaborate with clients to develop customized advertising campaigns and strategies that align with their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
  • Salary: €28,600 gross/year plus up to €4,290 gross/year in performance bonus.
